Attorney Abdullah Erkam Yılmaz has been involved in commercial life for a long time, leading various initiatives and providing legal consultancy to his clients as an attorney from the business world. Yılmaz, who has experienced the start-up and freelance working culture in an important part of his professional life; he provides effective dispute resolution in innovative areas of law, especially Data Protection Law, IT Law, Intellectual Property Law, Domain Names Law, Freelancer Law, provides preventive legal consultancy, litigation and compliance management in order to effectively protect the rights and interests of its clients.

Atty. Abdullah Erkam Yılmaz, a native speaker of English, represents his clients before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye and the European Court of Human Rights, not only limited to local courts and alternative dispute resolution authorities, but also international arbitration and dispute resolution centers.

Participating in various international programs and competitions to represent our country throughout his education life, Atty. Abdullah Erkam Yilmaz was awarded the “Best Speaker” in the litigation competition organized by Leiden University (Netherlands) with participation from all over the world, and the “Best Performance & Achievement” awards in the litigation competition organized by the MITSO International University (Belarus) with the participation of more than 20 countries. Yılmaz, who participated in certified legal trainings and Model United Nations competitions organized by reputable institutions such as the University of Vienna (Austria), IDEST Paris (France) and strengthened his practical knowledge with the experiences of both national and international institutions.
